What We Do
Our shop employs several fun toys, I mean machines, and tools to meet almost any small project need. We have a computer numeric controlled (CNC) machine, a CO2 laser engraving machine, a Silhouette Cameo cutting machine, a small embroidery machine and a sublimation printer and heat press to help us create customized products and gifts for anyone for any occasion. Whatever the need, whether it be a retirement gift, anniversary gift or something special for that little league team, we can do our best to make it happen.

CNC
With our CNC machine, we are able to cut a variety of materials including, but not limited to, soft woods, hard woods and plastics. It is capable of 3D engraving, etching and cutting material up to 28” x 28”.
Laser
Our CO2 laser engraver has the ability to cut thin wood and engrave on numerous materials up to 17” x 27”. The rotary attachment allows us to engrave on cylindrical objects like tumblers, mason jars, wine glasses and more.
Sublimation
So, what is sublimation? Well, sublimation is a method of printing that uses heat and pressure to essentially bring the ink and fabric or other specially coated product together as one.
First, a design is printed onto special paper. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the material and “print” onto it. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, cracking, or peeling as the ink is embedded in the material rather than simply laying on top like a normal print.
The process is almost like a tattoo, but instead of for your skin, it’s for your chosen product. The heat opens the pores of the material, then with the applied pressure the ink cools and returns to a solid form.
Although most commonly used on fabric, we typically use this process on wood. The results are unique and not many businesses offer customized sublimation. At this time, we are only able to print on white polyester or poly-blend T-shirts, however, we are in the process of adding sublimation printing on certain types of ceramics like customized coffee mugs, shot glasses, plates, keychains, etc.
Cutter
A Silhouette Cameo is a small desktop machine that allows us to cut various materials like vinyl and paper with amazing precision. We can make custom window decals, stickers, labels, and paper crafts like cupcake toppers, shapes for DIY crafts and so on. With the print and cut feature we can create just about any design you want for your personal use.
Embroidery
Limited services are available for embroidery at this time. We can embroider simple designs on shirts and other items and numbers on baseball or other sports hats. For instance, you want the whole little league team to have their number on their hat, so they know which one is theirs? We can do that.
